Born in Minden, Nebraska, Mr. Warnken has extensive experience in all aspects of trusts and estates. In addition to his legal career, Mr. Warnken served on nuclear and conventional submarines in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1970, and in the Naval Reserve from 1970 to 1988, retiring with a rank of CDR. He serves on numerous civic and professional boards. Mr. Warnken was selected as a New York Super Lawyer in 2010*
