He is a frequent speaker at alcohol beverage control and hospitality industry conferences, and is the author of alcohol beverage licensing and regulatory compliance articles, including “Liquor Licensing” the New York Practice Guide: Business and Commercial, published by Matthew Bender & Co.; “Corporate Deals May Be Blocked by Obscure State Laws”: The National Law Journal.
