He represents banks in wide varieties of loan transactions, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, acquisition loans, syndicated loans, problem loan workouts and mortgage foreclosures. He advises banks and other financial institutions on Letters of Credit and secured lending. Mr. Menon has represented corporations in their business dealings between India and the United States, corporations in domestic and cross border acquisitions and setting up subsidiaries and affiliates for Indian companies in the United States. He also represents banks and business entities in their litigation, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters.
