Stephanie Marks is a partner of Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP in the Firm’s immigration group, which offers a full range of services to a large and varied clientele embracing a cross section of commerce and industry. The Firm represents many leading foreign and domestic corporations, as well as individuals in all matters involving citizenship, nationality and administrative law. Clients include investors, athletes, law firms, nonprofits, and companies in the entertainment, financial, manufacturing, agribusiness, media and communications, banking, publishing, consumer products and high technology industries, among others.

Ms. Marks is a former U.S. Immigration Judge with more than 20 years experience in the field of immigration and nationality law. Before beginning private practice, she served as National Director for the Vera Institute of Justice Immigration Project and she directed the Asylum Program at the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights (now Human Rights First). She has been a guest speaker on immigration matters at programs organized by the Bar Association of the City of New York, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York Academy of Sciences, and several New York area law schools.
