Nina Manchanda practices exclusively in the area of business and family-based immigration law. She represents a wide range of clients with family-based and employment-based immigration matters, including various non-immigrant visa petitions such as temporary work visas, TN visas, visitors’ visas, religious workers, exchange visitors, and immigrant petitions (permanent residence/green card). Nina also represents clients for labor certification/PERM applications and naturalization applications. She is devoted to multicultural affairs and works closely with non-profit organizations and religious groups and advocates for sensible immigration reform. Nina has published several articles and spoken at CLE events.
