Professional Summary

Andrew R. Lerner is Counsel to Wormser,Kiely, Galef & Jacobs, LLP in New York City. He has practiced immigration law for close to 20 years, focusing on immigration-related business, entertainment and family-based legal matters. A substantial amount of his time is dedicated to analysis, strategic planning and development of immigration-oriented solutions for the firm’s corporate, entrepreneurial and investor clients. He is a graduate of Occidental College and Fordham Law School. Mr. Lerner, a featured seminar and conference speaker on a wide array of immigration issues, and former Chair of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), has been selected annually as a NY Super Lawyer* since 2007. He has also been selected annually for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (since 2003), The International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers (since 2010) and The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers (since 2010).
