Mr. Fuerth regularly represents owners, tenants, lenders, developers and real estate management companies. In addition, he represents Boards of Cooperative and Condominium buildings and various not-for-profit organizations including a number of recognized religious and educational institutions. Mr. Fuerth’s practice also includes tax certiorari work for all types of real property in New York City. Mr. Fuerth was formerly a member of the law firm Snow Becker Krauss P.C., where he served on the firm’s executive committee.
