A member of Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP for over 25
years, Mr. Banino is both the Managing Partner of the Firm
and Chairman of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He has
extensive experience in corporate, commercial and real
estate transactions, and focuses his practice on the
negotiation of design/build (EPC) contracts for large,
industrial, metallurgical and petrochemical plants in the
Unites States as well as foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Banino
has also represented clients in large commercial real estate
transactions, and has represented numerous buyers and
sellers of business organizations. Further, Mr. Banino acts
as a fiduciary for trusts and estates, and is a member of
the Board of Directors of a not-for-profit
residential/agricultural community for developmentally
impaired adults.
