Professional Summary
Ms. Weiss practices in the firm’s litigation practice group. She
represents both individuals and corporations in all aspects
of civil litigation. Ms. Weiss also handles matrimonial law
matters.
Ms. Weiss is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey,
and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the District of
New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., 2006), where she was a
Public Interest Scholar, and of the University of
Pennsylvania (B.A., cum laude, 2003), where she was a
Jeffrey Seaman Scholar. Ms. Weiss spent her third year of
law school as a visiting student at Columbia Law School.
Additionally, Ms. Weiss is a certified domestic violence
counselor and a certified divorce mediator.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Weiss was an
associate in the Private Client Services group at Wolf Block
LLP and an associate in the matrimonial law firm of Bender
Burrows & Rosenthal LLP. During law school, Ms. Weiss served
as an extern to the Honorable Maurice B. Cohill, Jr., Senior
U.S. District Judge for the Western District of
Pennsylvania.
