For the past 35 years, Mr. Mac Knight has concentrated his
practice on corporate and general business law with a particular
emphasis on alcohol beverage companies and their related matters. He has
represented a number of large, privately owned corporations in general
corporate and commercial matters and transactions. Mr. Mac Knight has
extensive experience counseling and representing clients regarding joint
ventures and the acquisition and sale of business entities. He has
advised and represented national and foreign companies regarding the
purchase, sale and distribution of nationally recognized “brand”
products. He has been retained by major investment banking firms to
provide assistance in the valuation of potential acquisitions both on a
company and brand basis. He has handled major financing transactions and
has broad experience and expertise with respect to alcohol beverage
control regulatory matters.
